This interdisciplinary CLE will explore the New Mexico Medical Aid in Dying Act through legal, emotional, and financial lenses—offering insight into how attorneys and professionals can support clients with clarity and compassion at the end of life.

(1hr) Legal Foundations – Erin Marshall, attorney and advocate in the case that helped bring the MAID Act into law
(1hr) End-of-Life Support – Danielle Slupesky, death doula and nonprofit founder, on practical and emotional preparation
(30-45 min) Lunch Break (included with registration)
(1hr) Financial Planning – Justin Welch, financial advisor, on preparing clients and families with dignity and foresight
